Returns and exchanges can be processed for damaged items. If additional warranty coverage was purchased, it will be processed with the manufacturer.
However, some items such as Mattresses, Mattress Pads, clearance items, and floor models are excluded from this policy and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please note, the original delivery fee will not be refunded.
